Welcome to VBS Connect, a Vacation Bible School lending library serving small churches nationwide. Many small churches struggle to afford quality materials for VBS and other children's ministry programs. We provide a low-cost alternative by utilizing prior years' curriculum.
We hope to reduce the waste of Vacation Bible School resources by providing churches with the opportunity to recycle their materials. Those materials are used to help small churches in need stretch their VBS and children's ministry budgets. The result, VBS resources are used by more churches to teach more children about Jesus.
Click on the "Lending Library" tab to view a sample of the amazing programs that we have in our library. (Please note, our inventory is constantly changing. All available materials are not listed and all listed materials may not be available.) Once you find a program that interests you, click on the "Contact Us" tab. All boxes MUST be completed to receive a response.
Borrowing churches must complete a loan agreement and commit to following publisher's copyright rules. The cost of shipping and a donation to support the ministry are required. The return of borrowed materials is expected within ten days of the completion of your event. A fee will be charged for materials that are returned late, damaged or not returned.
We gratefully accept materials from Vacation Bible School and Children's Ministry programs regardless of publisher, denomination or age. Items accepted include curriculum, media, posters, decorations, crafts, etc. and need not be complete "kits". Donations may be mailed to: 308 Meghan Drive, Harrisonville, MO 64701 or contact us for pick up within the counties of Cass, Bates, Henry and Jackson, MO or Miami and Johnson, KS.
We recommend the US Post Office's Media Mail rate whenever possible. It is a reduced rate for books, cds, dvds, etc. and is usually considerably cheaper than other shipping options including their priority mail flat rate boxes. We do not keep materials in their original boxes/bags/tins and you may find it less expensive to ship without them. Materials from multiple programs may be boxed together.
